Mornings can be hectic, but that doesn’t mean you have to skip a nutritious start! As part of your Healthy Bites Program, we’re excited to share a dietitian approved recipe for Overnight Oats – a delicious, no fuss way to fuel your day. With simple ingredients and just a few minutes of prep, you’ll wake wake up to a satisfying breakfast that keeps you energized all day!

Ingredients

OVERNIGHT OATS
½ cup whole oats
¼ cup milk of choice
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon salt

TOPPING OPTIONS
Apple Cinnamon
¼ cup chopped apples
¼ tablespoon of cinnamon

Blueberry Almond
2 tablespoons of blueberries
1 tablespoon of almond slices

Directions

  1. Mix all of the overnight oats ingredients in
    container of your choice.
  2. Let soak overnight in the fridge
  3. In the morning add your choice of toppings
