As part of your Healthy Bites Program, we’re excited to share a dietitian approved recipe for Overnight Oats – a delicious, no fuss way to fuel your day. With simple ingredients and just a few minutes of prep, you’ll wake wake up to a satisfying breakfast that keeps you energized all day!
Ingredients
OVERNIGHT OATS
½ cup whole oats
¼ cup milk of choice
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon salt
TOPPING OPTIONS
Apple Cinnamon
¼ cup chopped apples
¼ tablespoon of cinnamon
Blueberry Almond
2 tablespoons of blueberries
1 tablespoon of almond slices
Directions
- Mix all of the overnight oats ingredients in
container of your choice. - Let soak overnight in the fridge
- In the morning add your choice of toppings
