Did you know you can access the patient portal on your smartphone?
Your health information can be accessed by downloading the MHealth application on either Google Play or the Apple App Store. Apple users can also connect your portal to Apple Health! If you are interested in using an app, please call the Patient Portal Assistance at (509)-769-2025, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, closed on holidays.

Where does the portal receive my health information?
All of the information in the portal comes from your TriState Health Electronic Health Record. It provides you access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.
What do I need to self-enroll?
You need an active email address. The email will need to be on your medical records and filed with us.
Who can access my portal?
You can give family members, such as parents, children, or healthcare proxies access to your portal by having them fill out a consent form.
Is my information safe?
Yes! Only authorized personnel and yourself can access your portal and there is a timeout feature if you leave the portal page open.
