At TriState, We Are Your Family

Family, how would you describe yours? Is it someone you laugh with? The people who support you? Is it those who are there to listen when times are tough? Maybe it’s your best friend, or your children, your sister, or your parents. Family is the people that you trust. At TriState, we are your family.

Physicians are often a beacon of hope and a place of refuge for their patients, which offers both patient and provider an opportunity to grow, learn, and discover. In these moments of deep empathic connection, many of us find hope and meaning through our healthcare journey and the many adventures during our lives.

Deb Warner-Marbach was a long time patient of the late esteemed Dr. Richard Weiland. After his passing, she set out on a path to establish care with a new provider, seeking someone she could connect with and trust. “I have been blessed to find a new provider, Jennifer Creaser, ARNP, who has been amazing. I believe that Dr. Weiland would be proud of her dedication,” said Deb. “Forming a relationship with her has been a wonderful experience.”

In her life, Deb has found delight in playing golf, being outdoors, spending time with family, and riding horses. “Over the last few years, I’ve had some complex medical issues, and I was thinking I would have to retire because of health complications,” said Deb. “Jennifer has taken the time to listen to my concerns – my sometimes endless questions – and she always addresses them with grace. She is diligent in her time with me, and her follow up is always excellent, which continually reassures me that she truly cares, and that I have her full devotion.”

Since Deb’s upward shift in her health, she has been able to begin returning to doing things she once held so dear. “It is because of Jennifer’s support, knowledge, and kindness, that I have been blessed to regain those joys again,” said Deb. “She knows what I need and how to formulate the necessary care to see me thrive. I’m thankful every day that she is my provider.”
