“Our partnership with Innova has improved many of our processes,” explained Leslie. “On average, patients are seen by a provider in ten minutes or less from the moment they enter the emergency room. In addition, TriState has new imaging equipment, and an onsite laboratory which allows the providers to quickly evaluate and determine the best plan of care for each patient. All of these pieces combined have elevated the care our patients receive by decreasing wait times and length of stay, while
at the same time providing the highest quality of care. It helps us provide an exceptional experience throughout the entire patient visit.”
