This prestigious rating is a direct reflection of our patients’ trust in TriState Health and their confidence in our ability to meet their healthcare needs. The recommended hospital star rating is built on patients’ responses to a critical question: “Would you recommend this hospital to your friends and family?” To be considered for this distinction, hospitals must collect at least 100 completed Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider Systems (HCAHPS) surveys over four consecutive quarters. HCAHPS is a national, standardized survey designed to capture a comprehensive view of patients’ experiences during a recent inpatient hospital stay.
