Nicole Jones, MSN, CNM, received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Washington State University, in Pullman, Washington, in 2017, and her master’s degree in Nursing, from Marquette University, in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, in May 2020, followed by a post-master’s certification in Midwifery.

Nicole began her career as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse with Ascension All Saints, in Racine, Wisconsin, where she cared for women before, during, and after childbirth. Her experience included monitoring high-risk pregnancies, educating new parents on infant care, managing labor and postpartum recovery, and assisting in surgical procedures as a scrub nurse during cesarean sections.

Building on this foundation, Nicole transitioned into midwifery with Procare Medical Group in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There, she provided comprehensive care for women, including prenatal, labor, and postpartum support, family planning, well-woman health screenings, and IUD insertions. She also managed primary care needs, prescribed medications, and interpreted lab results, mammograms, and OB ultrasounds.

Nicole believes in combining science with empathy, empowering women with knowledge, and honoring their choices throughout their care journey. She is motivated every day by the privilege of walking alongside families as they welcome new life into the world and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered, and holistic care. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys hiking, traveling, golfing, playing hockey, and spending time with her family.
