Lindsay Kern, MD, received her medical doctorate from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin, and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. Dr. Kern is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and brings almost 20 years of practice in this specialty. Prior to moving to the Lewis-Clark Valley in 2021, Dr. Kern primarily practiced in Oregon. Her clinical experience includes both routine and complicated obstetric and gynecologic care. This includes well women care, infertility care, hormone evaluation and management, evaluation and treatment of abnormal pap smears, evaluation and treatment of bleeding abnormalities, family planning, incontinence and pelvic floor disorders and treatment. She also performs a full range of obstetric and gynecologic procedures, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries, hysterectomy, laparoscopic surgery, vaginal surgery, endometrial ablation, and treatment for incontinence and prolapse. Dr. Kern is married with four children. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, and traveling with her family.
