About Elina Chernyak
Elina Chernyak, DO, received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. She completed her Residency at Meadville Medical Center in Pennsylvania and received her certification from the American Board of Family Medicine in 2012. She completed her Fellowship in Addiction Medicine at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2013. Elina Chernyak previously practiced as the Medical Director of the Utah County Department of Drug and Alcohol Prevention and Treatment. She is committed to addressing addiction and the sequela of ailments associated with substance abuse. Dr. Chernyak is board-certified by the American Board of Preventative Medicine, board-certified in Obesity Medicine, and board-certified in Addiction Medicine.
