TriState Health Celebrates Year of Impact at 2025 Annual Meeting

TriState Health hosted its Annual Meeting on the evening of July 24, 2025, bringing together board members, community members, and staff to reflect on the organization’s achievements throughout 2024.

The event, held on the TriState Health campus, spotlighted the organization’s continued commitment to accessible, high-quality healthcare. Attendees heard updates from TriState Heath’s CEO, Kym Clift, and CFO, Jim Heilsberg, on strategic initiatives, financial stewardship, community engagement, workforce development, and employee achievements.

“2024 was a year of thoughtful growth, careful stewardship, and meaningful impact,” said Kym Clift, CEO for TriState Health. “We are continually guided by our responsibility to serve this community. Our accomplishments reflect the dedication of our staff and a shared belief in the power of local care.”

The meeting highlighted achievements over the 2024 year, including:

  • The increase of 2,000+ visits compared to 2023 to 2024 in the Imaging Center, Emergency, Minor Care, Primary Care, and Dialysis.
  • Adding seven new providers to our clinics.
  • Receiving the Best of the Inland Northwest Best Hospital Award, the Chartis Performance Leadership Award in Outcomes, being 1 of 6 Most Recommended Hospital’s in Washington State, the 2024 Get with the Guidelines Silver Plus Award in Stroke, the 2024 Get with the Guidelines Silver Award in Rural Stroke, and the Top 100 Technology Team Award from the Oncon Icon Awards.
  • Achieving 5-Stars in Patient Experience from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
  • Installing technology in Imaging, including two new CT Scanners, an MRI Machine, and a 3D Mammography System.
  • Launching TriState Urogynecology and the Athletic Training Program.
  • The donation of $97,300 to over 40 local non-profits and over $2,557,190 in financial medical assistance.

The Annual Meeting also celebrated employees and departments that went above and beyond in 2024, with recognition awards and stories of services that exemplify TriState’s values of Quality, Compassion, Innovation, Respect, and Collaboration.
