TriState Health proudly celebrated 70 years of serving the Lewis-Clark Valley and surrounding areas, on Thursday, July 17 – the same date the organization first opened its doors in 1955. Established by a dedicated group of local citizens, TriState Health remains the regions only not-for-profit-hospital, built by the community, for the community.

The 70 year anniversary celebration took place from 5:00-7:00pm, at Evergreen Estates in Clarkston, WA, in partnership with the Lewis Clark Chamber of Commerce as a part of the Chamber’s Business After Hours series. The event brought together TriState Health’s Board of Directors, providers, employees, community partners, and supporters, and members of the TriState Health Foundation Board of Trustees. The evening featured speakers who reflected on the organization’s rich history, its present-day impact, and shared an inspiring vision for the future.

“Providing healthcare to our community for more than 70 years is both a responsibility and a profound honor,” said Kym Clift, CEO for TriState Health. “It reflects our unwavering commitment to care, compassion, and improving lives across generations. That commitment continues to shape who we are and drive our vision forward.”

As a part of the celebration, TriState Health officially launched its new campaign: Local Care. Lifelong Commitment. This initiative serves as a rededication to the community and a renewed promise to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care for decades to come. Grounded in perseverance and a mission-first mindset, TriState Health continues to meet the growing healthcare needs of the region with quality, compassion, and innovation.
