TriState Health Achieves a 5-Star Rating in Patient Experience
Share
TriState Health is proud to announce that it has achieved a prestigious 5-Star Rating in Patient Experience. Every patient who has a stay within the hospital receives a patient survey upon discharge from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS). The survey evaluates various aspects of their experience, such as communication, responsiveness, cleanliness, quietness, discharge information, and their overall experience.
The HCAHPS survey results are benchmarked to national and state averages and are publically reported on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) website. TriState Health exceeds these benchmarks across multiple categories.
“A 5-star rating reflects the collective efforts of every staff member and impacts patient care by fostering trust, improving outcomes, and ensuring a standard of excellence,” said Kym Clift, CEO of TriState Health. “Clinical and non-clinical roles affect the patient experience, from nursing to Environmental Services, billing, the front desk, and more. Every interaction contributes to our success.”
Achieving 5-stars in patient experience is about delivering meaningful care that leaves a lasting impact, builds trust and confidence, improves health outcomes, and demonstrates patient-centered care.
