Simple Green Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups (60g) baby spinach, lightly packed
1 cup (240ml) water
1 1/2 (225g) cups of pineapple chunks, frozen
1/2 small banana, frozen
1/2 cup (122g) 2% Greek Yogurt
2 tsp honey

Directions

  1. 1. Purée spinach and water in a high-power blender.
  2. Add fruit, yogurt, and honey.
  3. Blend until smooth.
