Local Care. Lifelong Commitment.
Celebrating the stories that make TriState Health more than a hospital, but a partner for life.
Honoring a commitment to care, compassion, and improving lives across generations.
Our promise at TriState Health goes beyond medicine, it’s a pledge to care for our community, strengthen local connections, and support the people who make health care possible. For more than 70 years, we’ve been here to care for those who matter most. Being community-owned means we answer to one priority, the patients we serve. Local Care. Lifelong Commitment. shares the real stories of the people who inspire us every day – our patients, our employees, and the community partners who stand beside us.
Featured Story: Jen Scharffer
Dedicated to our community wellness
For nearly 15 years, Jen Scharffer, Director of Wellness, has poured her heart into helping the people of the Lewis-Clark Valley live healthier, stronger lives. She grew up in a rural community, and she still sees that same familiar warmth in every patient she meets. From providing inpatient nourishment to supporting families through diabetes education, and visiting classrooms to teach kids what “healthy” truly means, Jen embodies TriState Health’s commitment to local care.
Local care begins with people like Kristin Wilson.
For more than a decade, Kristin Wilson has been a trusted presence at TriState Health, caring for patients, supporting her team, and giving back to the community that raised her. From the Imaging Department to the softball field at Clarkston High School, Kristin leads with compassion, connection, and heart. Her story reflects what “Local Care. Lifelong Commitment.” is all about: people who choose to serve where they live, invest in the next generation, and carry forward a shared legacy of care.
Strengthening Our Community
Because care extends beyond our walls.
Our community is at the heart of everything we do. Through partnerships with local organizations, schools, and non-profits, TriState Health works to create a healthier, stronger Lewis-Clark Valley. Your Health, Your Story
Because every journey matters.
Every patient’s journey is unique, but one thing remains the same, our commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the region. Whether it’s a routine visit, life-changing surgery, or ongoing treatment, we’re here to support your health and well-being at every stage of life.
The People Behind Our Promise
Because commitment starts with us.
Our employees are healthcare professionals, but they are also your neighbors, coaches, volunteers, and friends. Their dedication to the community exists outside of their shifts at TriState Health, as they invest their time, energy, and talents back into the community where we all live and work. These are the people who bring our mission to life every single day.
