Garden Salsa

Ingredients

5 Roma tomatoes (seeded, core removed, and diced)
½ yellow onion (diced)
1 jalapeno (seeded and finely chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
1 lime (juiced)
½ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Cut and dice ingredients if specified.
  2. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
  3. Add spices and herbs to taste.
  4. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 5 days.
