Ingredients
5 Roma tomatoes (seeded, core removed, and diced)
½ yellow onion (diced)
1 jalapeno (seeded and finely chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
1 lime (juiced)
½ tsp salt
Directions
- Cut and dice ingredients if specified.
- In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
- Add spices and herbs to taste.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 5 days.
