Frederick Pascual, MD, received his medical doctorate from the University of California San Diego School of Medicine in 1995 and completed his residency in Internal Medicine from the University of California San Francisco in 1998. He brings more than 25 years of experience in pulmonology and sleep medicine, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with a wide range of respiratory and sleep-related conditions.

Dr. Pascual is board-certified in both Pulmonary Disease and Sleep Medicine and has expertise in diagnosing and treating conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and many other complex pulmonary and sleep problems.

Prior to joining TriState Health, Dr. Pascual practiced at Logan Health Heart & Lung in Kalispell, Montana, where he provided both in-person and telemedicine consultations, and interpreted sleep studies. His broad clinical background and dedication to patient-centered care allow him to effectively address a wide variety of respiratory and sleep disorders.

Outside of work, he enjoys pickleball, skiing, fitness, and classic car restoration.
