D'Lynn Ottmar, Chief Development Officer
D’Lynn Ottmar has served TriState Health as the Chief Development Officer since 2018 and oversees all Foundation initiatives. Recently, D’Lynn successfully raised over $9M for TriState Health’s new inpatient and dietary wing. D’Lynn is the main point of contact for any donations to TriState Health.

Kacey Jackson, Development Offcer
Kacey Jackson was born and raised in the Lewis-Clark Valley and has a life-long connection with the area. Kacey is passionate about philanthropy, and she
has spent over two decades supporting the local valley through her service on boards, committees, and event planning efforts. Additionally, Kacey is a proud wife and the mother of two amazing children.
As the new Development Officer at the TriState Health Foundation, Kacey is thrilled to help raise funds for TriState Health. Her commitment to enhancing the lives of others through her work is a reflection of her deep love for the place she calls home.

Mariah Miller, Events Coordinator
In November 2024, Mariah Miller joined the TriState Health Foundation as the Events Coordinator. Mariah approaches her role with enthusiasm and creativity. She is the go-to person for all Foundation event inquiries, ensuring every event is memorable and impactful.
With an unwavering passion for the community, she actively serves with Leadership LC Valley, the Board of Directors for the LC Valley Mud Run, and supports the Northwest Children’s Home Event Committee.

Holly McTighe, Development Assistant
Holly has been with the TriState Family since April 2016, previously working in Rheumatology before joining the Foundation team. She assists with events, money management, and is the first person you meet when visiting the Foundation office.
