The TriState Health Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) invites you to learn how it serves as the “Voice of the Patient” and how you can participate in upcoming projects. Join us for a Meet & Greet to connect with Patient & Family Advisors, learn about recent projects, and see how your experience can help improve your community’s health.
