Jennifer Creaser, ARNP, FNP, PMHNP, DNP, joined TriState Family Practice Lewiston as a Family Nurse Practitioner in February 2015. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lewis-Clark State College and her Master of Nursing from the University of Washington in 2004. In the spring of 2025, Jennifer graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Idaho State University. She has extensive experience treating patients of all ages. Her recent training has expanded her ability to provide integrated care supporting both physical and mental health.  When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
