We know you may have some questions before becoming a new patient, and we are here to help. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we hear. If you don’t see what you are looking for contact us online or call the clinic directly.
New Patients & Appointments
How do I become a patient at TriState Orthopedics?
You can get started by filling our our Online New Patient Form. Once received, our Referral Coordinator will contact you within 3-5 business days to schedule your first visit. Your Family Practice provider may also send over a referral.
How do I make an appointment?
If you’re a new patient, use the online new patient from. Once established, you can call the clinic directly to schedule your future visits. Our team is happy to help you find a time that fits your schedule.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring:
- A photo ID
- Your insurance card
- A list of medications
- Any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CT Scans)
- A brief history of symptoms or injury and any questions you’d like to discuss
What insurance plans do you accept?
TriState Health accepts most major insurance plans. If you’re unsure whether we’re in-network, please contact your insurance company directly or call our Patient Access Representatives at 509-254-2716.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in and paperwork, especially if it is your first visit.
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us open up the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting.
How can I access my medical records for test results?
You can access your records and results through our secure patient portal. If you need help getting set up, our staff will gladly walk you through it.
How do I contact the clinic after hours?
Call the clinic and follow the prompts to reach the on-call provider. In an emergency, always call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest ER.
Where are you located and is parking available?
We are temporarily located in TriState Minor Care at 1267 Belmont Way, Clarkston, WA. Free, convenient, parking is available onsite.

We provide personalized, comprehensive orthopedic care including:
- Joint pain and arthritis management

Do you treat sports-related injuries?
Yes! Whether you’re a weekend warrior or competitive athlete, we treat sprains, strains, ligament tears, stress fractures, and other sports-related injuries—all with one goal: to get you back to doing what you love.
Do you perform joint replacement surgery?
Absolutely. We offer minimally invasive techniques for total hip, total and partial knee, and shoulder replacements to help you reduce pain and regain mobility with a faster recovery.
Can you help with chronic joint issues such as arthritis?
Yes—our team specializes in non-surgical management like injections and physical therapy, and surgical options when indicated. We work with you to create a plan that improves function and quality of life.
What about fractures and trauma care?
We offer prompt, expert evaluation and treatment of acute injuries and fractures to ensure proper healing and prevent complications, from diagnosis through rehabilitation.
Patient Comfort & Clinic Information
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring a support person to your visit. If restrictions apply (due to space or public health guidelines) , we’ll let you know ahead of time.
How is my personal and medical information protected?
We follow all HIPAA guidelines to keep your information private and secure. Your trust is something we take seriously, and are committed to protecting it.
What are TriState Orthopedics clinic hours?
Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 5:30pm. Some providers my offer early morning or lunch appointments for added convenience.
