
Tri-State General Surgery Welcomes a New Provider, Byron Wright, MD, FACS

Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus is excited to announce that Byron Wright, MD, FACS, has joined Tri-State General Surgery located at 1119 Highland Avenue, Suite 4, in Clarkston, WA.
Byron Wright, MD, FACS, received his Medical Doctorate from Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, Illinois, in 1995. He completed his general surgery residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN and went on to complete his fellowship in Breast and Surgical Oncology at The John Wayne Cancer Institute in Los Angeles, California, in 2008. Dr. Wright has a broad array of expertise in managing many cancers, including Breast Cancer, Malignant Melanoma and other skin cancers, Gastrointestinal Malignancies including Pancreatic, Esophageal and Liver Tumors, Colorectal Cancer, Adrenal Tumors, and more. He has extensive experience in Acute Care Surgery and has performed a high number of minimally invasive procedures throughout his career. Dr. Wright was born and raised in the Seattle area but fell permanently in love with the Inland Northwest while attending Gonzaga University as an Undergraduate.
“I am excited to bring Breast and Surgical Oncology Care to the region,” said Dr. Wright. Tri-State General Surgery’s new Breast Surgical Services Program will offer breast surgery for patients with cancer diagnosis’s. In partnership with St. Joseph Cancer Center, patients who are in need of chemo and radiation services will be able to received full care locally in the Lewis-Clark Valley.
