Auction
Our mini trees, Avenue of Wreaths, and Golden Grove trees are available in our online auction. The community generously comes together every year to design these amazing creations. The Golden Grove trees are donated back to TriState Health Foundation to be revamped so they can go to a new home; this year we have three small trees and four large trees. Be sure you bid high and bid often to win and decorate your home in holiday style.
The online auction starts Thursday, November 20, at 12:00 pm and ending Friday, November 21, at 10:00 pm
Winners can pick up their winning items Saturday, November 22 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at the Clearwater River Casino Event Center or the following week Monday – Wednesday, November 24-26 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm at TriState Health Foundation located at Evergreen Estates, 1215 Evergreen Ct. Clarkston, WA 99403.
HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Visit tsmh.maestroweb.com and click “My Account.”
2. Then click “Create New User” at the bottom of the page. If you are already a user, sign in with your last name and password.
3. Please fill out the form (red highlighted items are required), click the reCAPTCHA button, and submit. You are now registered!
HOW TO BID:
TO PLACE A BID
1. Click the item you wish to bid on.
2. Review the “Next Bid” amount.
3. Enter your bid amount in the box next to “Your Maximum Bid.”
4. Click green “Save Bid” button.
5. Fill out credit card information, then click “Save Credit Card” button.
Your bid has been placed! To make future bids on the same items or other items, repeat the steps 1-4. Once your credit card information is saved you will not need to reenter it.
To purchase a mini-tree or wreath outright, click the red “Buy Now!” text. This will confirm that you wish to purchase that item for the listed price. Once you click “Okay” your credit card information will run, if saved, and you have purchased that item!
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- Click “My Bids” to review what items you have bid on.
- To receive emails when you have been outbid, click “My Account” and check the box that states “Notify me by email when I’ve been outbid.”

Please pick-up your auction items on:
- Saturday, November 22, from 9:00am – 11:00 am at the Clearwater River Casino & Lodge, 17500 Nez Perce Rd, Lewiston, ID
