Tri-State Hospital Foundation Receives a Legacy Gift of $100,000 from A.Neil and Patricia DeAtley, River Canyon Trust

Tri-State Hospital Foundation has received a Legacy Gift of $100,000 from A.Neil and Patricia DeAtley, River Canyon Trust. The Planned Legacy Gift to the Tri-State Hospital Foundation will be used in accordance with their mission to support the programs and services of Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus.

Planned Giving is also referred to as Gift Planning or Legacy Giving. With these gift types, donors establish a plan to contribute a major gift to an organization, beyond their lifetime, for the future. Non-Profit organizations are recipients of Planned Legacy Gifts under the guidelines of wills, trusts and other estates, and financial planning arrangements. Donations such as these allow Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus to continue providing exceptional healthcare to the Lewis-Clark Valley and those they serve.

“We are very appreciative of their consideration and support, and we will ensure that the donation received will be put toward providing advanced rural healthcare,” said D’Lynn Ottmar, Chief Development Officer for Tri-Hospital Foundation. “Peace of mind comes from knowing that you have plans in place to take care of your own needs, those of your loved ones, as well as supporting the causes you care about.”

The Tri-State Hospital Foundation has provided Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus with more than $6 million in support for the advancement of equipment, services, and programs that benefit the community. From advanced technology used to treat disease, to comfort care services, each gift touches the lives of many patients every day. In 2019, $743,772 in Projects and Equipment were funded through charitable gift donations.
