Dedicate an ornament to someone special
Memorial Tree of Lights is an opportunity for the community to honor loved ones and someone special around the holidays.
For a gift of $20, the TriState Health Foundation will honor your loved one with an engraved ornament.
An acknowledgment of your gift will be sent to those whom you request.
A personalized keepsake ornament
The ornament will be personalized with the name of the person remembered. For each $20 ornament, $10 will cover the actual cost of the ornament, and $10 will be your tax-deductible gift. Ornament style will be a pewter cabin with moose and can be ordered now through Monday, December 8, 2025.
